The Buyer agrees to pay the Service Provider the full purchase price for all services outlined in this Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, the Buyer is responsible for all taxes related to the purchase of Services. Payment shall be made promptly upon receipt of an invoice via the agreed-upon method. Late payments may incur additional fees. All payments are to be made in the agreed currency.

We accept payment by Cash, VIsa, MasterCard and American Express. Full payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. A late fee of 5% will be applied to any outstanding balance that remains unpaid after 7 days from the due date.

Sonder
Handling All Necessary Permits for the Job.
Ensuring work is completed according to industry codes and safety standards.
Using high-quality materials and proper techniques.
Providing explanations of work performed and recommendations.
Disposing of waste responsibly.
Customer
Providing clear and detailed instructions about the desired work.
Ensuring the work area is accessible and free of clutter.
Obtaining any necessary homeowner association approvals (if applicable).
Paying for the service according to the agreed-upon terms.
Disconnecting appliances before work begins (if requested by technician).
Being available to answer questions or provide clarification during the project.
Notifying the Small Business promptly of any concerns or issues.

Warranty Coverage :
Customer agrees that Sonder’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by Customer for the specific service performed. Sonder is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All work is performed by insured technicians, not licensed contractors, unless otherwise specified.
What's Covered :Repairs to faulty installations performed by our company during the warranty period.
Replacement of defective materials or components we installed, excluding normal wear and tear.
Whats NOT Covered
Damage caused by external factors.
Issues arising from pre-existing small business problems not addressed during our service.
Damage caused by negligence, misuse or improper maintenance by the customer.
Normal wear and tear of different components
Replacement of parts due to code upgrades or aesthetic preferences.
Scheduling
We schedule appointments in service windows. While we strive to arrive on time, unforeseen delays may occur. Customers must provide safe and timely access to the property. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee
Customer Satisfaction Policy
We believe in the kind of service we’d want in our own homes — reliable, respectful, and done right. If something isn’t up to your expectations, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll make it right. Your peace of mind is part of the service.
What's Not Covered :
Normal wear and tear: This guarantee does not cover issues arising from everyday use or natural aging of materials.
Damage caused by external factors:
Customer-supplied materials: We are not responsible for the performance or failure of materials provided by the customer.
To make a claim under this policy, please contact us within the warranty period with a detailed description of the issue.
We will investigate the problem and determine if it falls under the warranty coverage.
We will work with you to find a solution that ensures your satisfaction.

Any Changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. The Company Will Provide a written change order specifying any additional costs or adjustments to the schedule resulting from the changes.

Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice of 15 days if the other party breaches any material term of the Contract or if circumstances arise that make it impracticable to continue with the services.

The Company guarantees that the services will be performed with high workmanship and in accordance with industry standards. Any defects or issues with the Services performed must be reported by the client within 30 days of completion for the company to rectify.

The Technicians shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the Client's misuse of systems or failure to follow maintenance recommendations. The Client acknowledges that proper care and maintenance of systems are essential to ensure their longevity and optimal performance.

Sonder may, from time to time and at the customer’s request, provide a referral to a third-party company or technician to complete certain maintenance or repair work on the Customer’s premises. Sonder makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality of services provided by a third-party company or technician. Customer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that Sonder is not responsible for the performance of or quality of any services provided by any third-party company or technician and that Customer will enter into an agreement directly with any third-party company or technician for any services provided to Customer by a third-party company or technician.

By executing these terms and conditions, Customer agrees that Sonder may photograph, record, or otherwise capture still and moving images of the Customer’s premises, including but not limited to areas where work may be performed, areas where work is being or has been performed by Sonder or another entity, or areas where Sonder recommends work to be performed but Customer declines or otherwise does not accept Sonder’s suggestion for services to be performed. These images and recordings may be used for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to quality assurance, verification of the performance of services, insurance, and legal claims and defenses.

This Agreement shall be interpreted using the laws of the State of Tennessee. The Parties agree that any action to enforce or otherwise related to this Agreement must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE PARTIES HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY ACTION RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES PERFORMED HEREUNDER.
