Create a Repair & Maintenance Plan
After reviewing your Home Diagnostic, we will work with you to schedule any needed repairs or updates. During this review, optional additions will be discussed and estimated.

Sign Up for Your Monthly Service Plan
We will get your home’s needs placed on a schedule throughout a 12 month period. Then, we will plan out the optional additions you want for your home.
Optional additions are services that a Sonder Technician will complete at an additional cost. These services typically take over an hour to complete and require specialized tools and supplies. Cost of these services vary depending on the type of service, materials needed, and time to complete the job.
Scheduling your initial home diagnostic
STEP 01
Every Sonder partnership starts with a thorough property inspection. After a quick call or text from you, we’ll schedule a time to visit your property and conduct a comprehensive walkthrough. This visit comes with a one-time diagnostic fee.
You’ll receive a Home Diagnostic – a detailed, easy-to-read document outlining what’s working, what needs attention, and what could become a problem down the road. Think of it like the service report you get after taking your car to the mechanic — clear, prioritized, and built to help you make smart decisions.

Initial home diagnostic fee’s are $300 per home.
For commercial properties, diagnostic fee’s are priced based on the size of the space.
Create a repair & maintenance plan
STEP 02
After reviewing your Home Diagnostic, we’ll work with you to schedule any needed repairs or updates. Most of the repairs and updates will be included in your monthly service plan. We prioritize safety, efficiency, and value — whether it’s replacing old fixtures, repairing drywall damage, clearing out a clogged dryer vent, or coordinating the repair of your HVAC.

Preventative interior home maintenance helps keep your home safe, comfortable, and running efficiently. Our service includes inspection and testing of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, HVAC filter replacement, tightening loose door handles and hinges, and lubricating squeaky doors and windows. We also replace light bulbs as needed, re-caulk bathtubs, showers, and sinks, clean or replace faucet aerators, and inspect and clean bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans. In addition, we clean dryer vents, removing built-up lint and debris from your dryer vent system. .

Preventative exterior home maintenance helps protect your home from weather-related damage and costly repairs. Our services include seasonal preparation of water pipes, garbage can cleaning, inspection and sealing of doors and windows. Additionally, we clean gutters, removing leaves, dirt, and debris from your gutters and downspouts.

General property repairs focus on simple, safe projects that enhance your home’s functionality and appearance. Our services include replacing cabinet hardware, hinges, and drawer slides; adjusting doors that stick or won’t latch properly; installing door stops; and replacing interior door handles and locks. We also patch small drywall holes, repair loose trim or baseboards, and perform touch-up painting. Additional services include hanging picture frames and mirrors, mounting shelves, installing towel racks, grab bars, curtain rods and blinds, assembling small furniture, and repairing mailbox hardware.

Basic electrical repair and maintenance includes simple, safe projects that keep your home running smoothly. Our services include replacing outlet and switch covers, swapping out light fixtures, installing motion-sensor nightlights, replacing doorbell chimes, and installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Basic plumbing repair and maintenance includes replacing shower heads, unclogging slow drains, replacing sink or tub stoppers, tightening leaky faucets, replacing toilet seats, and adjusting toilet chain or flapper.

Aging in place modifications focus on simple, safe changes that help your home remain accessible and secure. Our services include installing grab bars in bathrooms, adding non-slip tape to stairs, replacing stair treads or mats, anchoring furniture to prevent tip-overs, and identifying and remedying trip hazards.

Our furniture moving service safely relocates your heavy or bulky items within your home. We protect your floors and walls, ensuring a damage-free move. We can also help rotate seasonal items and water your houseplants while we’re there. Save time and prevent injury—let our skilled team handle the heavy lifting for you!

Technology updates and installation include simple, safe services that make your home more connected and convenient. Our team can set up smart home devices, install new TVs or streaming devices, program universal remotes, and configure smart plugs and light bulbs.

Seasonal preparation helps get your home ready for changes in weather and holiday seasons. This may include tasks like winterizing outdoor fixtures, bringing decor down from the attic, packing up decor, or salting your driveway.
Sign Up for Your Monthly Service Plan
STEP 03
Through monthly visits, we take care of everyday tasks such as changing filters, programming remotes and smart devices, moving furniture, resetting Wi-Fi routers, and performing visual safety and maintenance checks. Just as important, you’ll have a single, dedicated point of contact who knows your home and preferences and can quickly coordinate or resolve any issue that comes up.
Please note: These services are only available through our monthly service plan. We do not offer them outside of an ongoing client relationship.

A safe, low-pressure exterior cleaning process that uses specialized solutions to break down and remove organic buildup like mold, mildew, algae, and grime. It’s ideal for surfaces that could be damaged by traditional pressure washing.

To clean and maintain your driveways, walkways, and parking lots, we recommend pressure washing. This is a high-powered exterior cleaning service that uses pressurized water to remove stubborn dirt and stains from hard surfaces.

If you have furniture, appliances, yard debris, or clutter that needs disposal, we can help make your space cleaner, safer, and more functional.

Our furniture moving service safely relocates your heavy or bulky items within your home. We protect your floors and walls, ensuring a damage-free move.

Our technicians can provide routine lawn services to keep your yard healthy and looking its best. This can include mowing, edging, trimming, and general upkeep to maintain a neat and well-cared-for outdoor space
