Who we are

We are a locally owned company operating in Shelby County, Tennessee, with a passion for helping property owners — from families and busy professionals to commercial landlords and adult children caring for aging parents — live worry-free in well-managed spaces. Sonder Property Services was founded to solve a common challenge: people want to maintain and improve their properties, but they don’t have the time, expertise, or trustworthy support to make it happen. That’s where we come in — as your personal property manager.

Our Team

Brandon Bland

Brandon Bland grew up in Memphis. His passion for service and practical design was shaped by years working as an Experiential Training Leader at a local nonprofit, where he empowered individuals and teams through immersive, purpose-driven programming. His background includes building universal playgrounds, tiny homes, and designing OSHA-compliant properties, all rooted in accessibility, safety, and dignity. Brandon brings this same ethos to Sonder: making properties work better for the people who live and work in them. With deep ties to the Memphis community, Brandon leads with empathy, integrity, and a hands-on approach to service.

Founder

Millie Dohmen is the Office Manager at Sonder, overseeing scheduling, logistics, and administrative operations to support seamless property care services. With 8 years of experience in program management and administration, along with 3 years in hospitality, she brings a strong foundation in organization, service, and problem-solving.
